Hello again and welcome to another episode of What’s Going On In Dave’s Grow?
Today we are going to talk about an online seed shop that I happen to really love. Weedseedsexpress.com is a perfect resource for those new to home cultivation. They claim that their seeds have a 90% germination rate and offer 20% extra seeds with every pack ordered (3 packs excluded). I had no issues germinating my seeds and they all popped in about 7 days.
The Packaging
Let’s talk about the packaging. I have received seeds from many vendors in the past and “discreet” packaging usually entails some sort of model or puzzle with the seeds buried deep within the packaging. I was shocked to see these seeds arrive in branded packaging consisting of a thick slab of cardboard with their colors printed on the outside with the words “don’t panic, it’s organic”.
I pulled back the top layer of cardboard and there were 2 dugouts containing my seeds in little rectangular sealed packs with abbreviated names on them. So nice!
Website Experience
The site is extremely easy to navigate and broken into Flowering, Variety, Cultivation, and Strain Types. They even have a seeds for beginners section which has varieties that are easy to grow and germinate (a must for new growers). A feature I thought was great was the “find your strain” section which will walk you through a few questions to help determine the best strain for your grow.

Strain information is phenomenal. I loved seeing terpene information on the strain types as well as the classic origin information, yield, effects, etc. Overall the site is very easy to navigate. You can tell they spent a lot of time researching other seed sites and really pulled together the best user experience.
What Strains Did You Get Dave?
So many strains to choose from! The strains I received were Blue Dream, Tangie, and Chiquita Banana. All were feminized, but they do offer autoflower and regular seeds as well. My seeds all popped and are seedlings at this point so I will have to fill you in on their progress.
